Google Search’s Direct Search Results Launched On Mobile

Google Search on mobile is now receiving direct search results for particular phrases on both iOS and Android. The functionality has been quietly launched by Google and consumers are already watching it on in their results. The tech behemoth has made the decision to conceal all search results, in total, from below its own results to particular searches. Rather, Google offers a “Show all results” connection at the bottom of the similar page for results. The tech behemoth claims that this custom page is displayed only when it has extreme confidence—mostly when the searches are complete in nature.

Google Search’s direct search results are not new thing. Earlier in March 2018, Google Search had begun showing results for particular queries, without showing the search results on web. On the other hand, this functionality was soon eliminated mentioning issues with correctness. Google has now moved forward and formally launched direct results broadly.

On a related note, Google earlier acted against almost 90,000 consumer reports of spam in 2017 in its Search. It has now requested more consumers to come up and assist the tech behemoth squash and spot spam. As per Global Search Outreach Lead at Google, Juan Felipe Rincon, the automated AI (Artificial Intelligence)-based systems are continually operating to block and detect spam.

“Yet, we always greet listening from you when anything appears phishy. Reporting malware, spam, and other problems you find assists us defend other searchers including the website owner from this mistreatment,” Rincon claimed to the users in a blog post.

“You can post a phishing report, a spam report, or a malware report. You can also tell us about any problem with the company search by opting for the ‘Send feedback’ link on the search results page at the bottom,” he claimed further.
