Infosys Finacle Joins Hand With Blockchain Software Company R3

Infosys Finacle, an arm of EdgeVerve (Infosys subsidiary), claimed that it has joined hands with R3 (the enterprise blockchain software company) to improve the reach for its blockchain-supported solutions for institutions and banks. This association might allow banks to easily deploy and access blockchain solutions by Finacle on the open-source blockchain platform by R3, Corda, claimed Infosys Finacle to the media in an interview.

With this association, banks will be capable of leveraging award-winning blockchain solutions by Finacle on the Corda to pace their re-imagination on blockchain-supported business. “Corda has a vast network of banks. This joint venture with Finacle solutions will bring together a sturdy priceless proposition,” claimed chief business officer at Infosys Finacle, Sanat Rao, to the media in an interview.

Finacle Trade Connect is a blockchain-supported trade finance service that links trade partners, banks, and corporates on a combined distributed network. On the other hand, Finacle Payments Connect is a blockchain-supported solution that allows real-time processing of payments on an authorized payments network.

On a related note, earlier Infosys Finacle introduced Digital Engagement Suite for banks. The firm claimed that this omnipresent solution assist banks sell, onboard, engage, and service clients with custom experiences.

The suite increases the speed of external and internal innovation with a wide suite of open APIs and a bionetwork of mutual innovations supported by Finacle App Center. It provides a wide range of modern, traditional, and emerging channel experiences wrapping all user categories such as internal users, end customers, API led interactions, and partners with trusted parties.
